Choosing love offers me freedom from fear

I will not hurt myself again today

Let me not see myself as limited

Let peace replace all my fear thoughts today

Through healed vision I know there is no death

Giving love away is how I keep it

Forgiveness releases me from my past

I can know love only in the present

Without the past I claim my freedom now

Only my condemnation injures me

I will receive what I am giving now

Forgiveness offers everything I want

In my defenselessness my safety lies
