Abstract

A Resolution authorizing the City Mayor, Honorable Ma. Josefina G. Belmonte, on behalf of the Quezon City Government, to enter into and sign the Lease Agreement, with the LBS Digital Infrastructure Corporation (LDIC) to lease out a 25 square-meter portion of the rooftop of Civic Center Building D located at Quezon City Hall Complex in the amount of twenty-six thousand two hundred pesos (PHP26, 200.00) a month for lease term of ten (10) years with an escalation of three percent (3%) per annum for the second (2nd) year to fifth year (5th) year and four percent (4%) per annum for the sixth (6th) year to tenth (10th) year
